By using this website or placing an order with H & P Crafting Co., you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Products

All of our candles and lip balms are handmade in small batches. Because each item is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and scent throw are natural and expected — they are not defects. Product images are representative; actual items may vary slightly.

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax. Always follow safe burning practices: keep wicks trimmed, never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Orders & Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Because our products are handmade consumables, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items.

For unopened items in original condition, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

Limitation of Liability

H & P Crafting Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
